Meditation for being patient (suitable for all trimesters)
Sit in easy pose
Close your eyes & roll them upwards
Extend your arms straight out to your sides, parallel to the ground palms up elbows straight
ONLY move your middle finger
Inhale raise the middle finger
Exhale lower the middle finger
Coordinating the movement with the breath for 7 min.
* You can start with 3 minutes and work up to 7 min.
