Meditation for Cultivating Patience

Pregnancy is a time for you to get to know your self better and mentally prepare for being a parent; it is well known that parenting requires a lot of patience. So if you if you are feeling impatient, or tend get frustrated easily then this is the perfect meditation for you! This Meditation brings your nervous system into balance and helps grow your patience

  • Meditation for being patient (suitable for all trimesters)

  • Sit in easy pose

  • Close your eyes & roll them upwards

  • Extend your arms straight out to your sides, parallel to the ground palms up elbows straight

  • ONLY move your middle finger

  • Inhale raise the middle finger

  • Exhale lower the middle finger

  • Coordinating the movement with the breath for 7 min.

* You can start with 3 minutes and work up to 7 min. * Prepares you for motherhood :)

 

Tala Faris is the owner of The Pink Elephant Space; a dream which became a reality in 2015. Tala started her spiritual journey as a practitioner. Where she used yoga as a tool to help her cope with the stresses of her corporate career. In 2014, she decided to go for her Yoga Teacher Training as well as Crystal Healing in Thailand in order to work on her own practice, She fell in love with the Therapeutic Healing aspect of Yoga and has been instructing ever since. Tala is also certified in Pre and Post Natal Yoga; which is has become her passion.
