Package & Cancellation Policy

  • Packages will expire and must be used within the month of the registration date.

  • Packages starting dates are always 1st day of the month.

  • In case of no show or cancellation the class will be deducted from the package.

  • There are NO FREE TRIAL classes during the month; if you wish to try a class the drop in rate for the corresponding class applies.

 

Booking

  • Members should book their class spot in advance and have priority over drop ins

  • Drop-ins should book 24 hours in advance, this is subject to space availability

  • All Members and drop ins should book Online on www.thepinkelephantspace.com

Other

  • All class fees must be paid in full at the beginning of each package for all packages.

  • Packages will be automatically renewed unless otherwise communicated.

  • There are NO REFUNDS in whole or in part.

  • There will be NO HOLDS and NO EXTENSIONS or MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERS; unless otherwise agreed.

Class Policy

  • Please make sure to arrive 5-10 minutes before class time.

  • Shoes should be taken off and left in their designated areas.

  • Mobile phones should always be left on silent and are not to be taken into the Studio.  

  • Make sure you remain quiet before and after class, in order to keep the calmness and respect each other’s energies.
